The service
Bob is a hosted AI front-desk assistant operated by ai5labs Research OPC Pvt Ltd (India). It answers your website chat, email, and forms, books appointments, captures customer details, and sends messages you approve. By signing up or logging in you agree to receive product communications and to be bound by our Privacy Policy.
Your account and your data
You own the business information, customer records, and content you put into Bob. You are responsible for the messages Bob sends on your behalf and for having permission to contact the people you load into it. Don't use Bob for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe. Beta pricing is discounted and may change with notice. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Beta and no warranty
Bob is in beta and provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features during beta, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
